Don’t forget the torque/pickup. Have to love being able to beat any other car “off the line” and then generating your own electricity when you stop.

And there’s no circuit rule parallel to the rules on petitions for writ of mandamus, so it would appear there isn’t explicit procedure

At least in the mine run of criminal cases, I don’t see many prepping judge-specific arguments (barring a key case in which a panel member might be the author for the court)

I’ve usually seen panels in substantive orders to motions I have filed (small sample size), but the motions portion of the operating procedures on motions doesn’t require ID of the judge(s) www.ca7.uscourts.gov/pages/Landin...

I’m just waiting until the day they start recruiting in colleges and then basically shepherd students through law school. It’s turning into baseball drafting out of high schools
