👟I've had a couple of weeks off exercise whilst I recover from a virus and autumn has progressed whilst I've been ill. Tester run today which aggravated the cough so back sooner than planned for a hot shower. I want to be well enough to cave on Wed. #takeiteasy #moveformentalhealth #slowrunning

🧶 161 rows down, can you believe there's still 49 more to go! It was meant to be single bed sized, but as you can see from this lovely budget chain double bed, it's a wee bit bigger than that. So, 49 rows, and 76 days till Xmas. It's do-able! #crochet #wip #januarychallenge #foliageblanket #craftsky

🧗🏻♀️🔦 Swildons' through Mud Sump (still clear) to the bottom of Greasy Chimney with John and Sam today. The cave is still dry, despite the recent rain. Good trip and nice to be out of the wet and wind on the hills. #spelunking #caving

🧶 Autumn is here in the UK and the #foliageblanket is 2/3 complete! This feels like a real milestone. I had to frog 3 rows yesterday as well. But I've done 140 rows of each colour now. #wip #crochet #craftsky #januarychallenge

Caving Log. Swildons' Hole to Sump 2. There's an air gap at the top of Sump 1 due to dry weather but it's still a face in the water flat out pull through. I did it! - first time in 15 years and feels like a milestone. it's been a good week for overcoming fears :) #caving #spelunking #doingitanyway
