🧗🏻♀️🔦 Caving Log. Wed 12/11. Swildons' Hole. Myself, Jack and his colleague Tom. Good trip down to Sump 1 for Tom's first time caving. Swildons' is wet again, with the sump full and foam on the top and a proper stream over the 40' (which is only 8' )drop.

👟I've had a couple of weeks off exercise whilst I recover from a virus and autumn has progressed whilst I've been ill. Tester run today which aggravated the cough so back sooner than planned for a hot shower. I want to be well enough to cave on Wed. #takeiteasy #moveformentalhealth #slowrunning

🧶 161 rows down, can you believe there's still 49 more to go! It was meant to be single bed sized, but as you can see from this lovely budget chain double bed, it's a wee bit bigger than that. So, 49 rows, and 76 days till Xmas. It's do-able! #crochet #wip #januarychallenge #foliageblanket #craftsky

🧗🏻♀️🔦 Swildons' through Mud Sump (still clear) to the bottom of Greasy Chimney with John and Sam today. The cave is still dry, despite the recent rain. Good trip and nice to be out of the wet and wind on the hills. #spelunking #caving
