Great to see this. We see people with milder #aphasia who have felt dismissed by services. I'm particularly interested in how this might inform assessment practices moving forward.
People with milder #aphasia are often discharged early from rehabilitation as they are perceived to be “recovered.” And yet - they experience frustrating language difficulties, reduced confidence, and difficulty keeping up in conversations and returning to work. 1/5
