silksong special announcement
shitty ms paint comic, 6 panel, shows profound lack of drawing ability on the part of the "artist". First panel is Claire, the artist at her desk, chilling on the computer. Second panel is a screenshot of a Discord DM from her friend that reads "SILKSONG IN 48 HOURS", with an attached link. Third panel is the same scene as the first panel, but zoomed in, and Claire is saying: "holy shit it's actually coming out nice" Fourth panel is the desk scene again but Claire is no longer in the room, her chair is sitting at a different angle, further out into the middle of the room. Text reads "two sleeps later..." Fifth panel is a close up of Claire's monitor, from her POV. The edges of the monitor are drawn, and Claire's webcam is visible. On the screen, the contents of which are a screenshot, we can see a Firefox window open with several tabs. The focused tab is a YouTube video with a live chat visible on the right side of the screen. The title and url are too pixelated to make out, but from context clues it is clearly the recent "Hollow Knight: Silksong - Special Announcement" video from Team Cherry, at this link: https://youtu.be/6XGeJwsUP9c (which is the same link from the DM). The contents of the video player itself is, however, drawn, in which we can see a stickfigure smiling cutely with big important captions that read: "SPECIAL ANNOUMENT ARI GIBSON IS COMING OUT AS TRANSGENDER !!! PLEASE REFER TO HER AS MEL GIBSON FROM NOW ON :)" Sixth and final panel is significantly more pixelated than the others, and is comprised of Claire's face head on, zoomed all the way in, with a shocked expression.
