Yesterday's news report on Irvine. It was only once documents were made public by investigative journalists that his supposed 'peace' role & character references that secured below minimum sentencing came to light.

At that point, PPS had no other choice than to appeal the below minimum sentence.

The takeaway from this is that online calls for violence - bring intimidation, fear and ultimately violence.
