The transfers are peak squeaky- bum-time in this election, I think. Especially for Connolly voters. HH & "Don" (read @tupped.bsky.social's latest edition of The Gist) will likely transfer between each other.

Another angle on my good moth-friend here. Yoy can see their dark eyes showing in this photo, & their wavy markings are more pronounced. It looked like an ethereal white in the the real, but comes out darker in the photo. Gorgeous white moth with wings outstretched, & sitting on a leaf. Could be a Light Emerald.

Some weird little gherkin-like life form in my compost pin. About the size of a woodlouse. Underside of same gherkin-loke creature. Underside is more like a snail, smooth, but not slimy. No visible legs.

Reading & writing (longhand) are so important. This made me immeasurably sad recently.
