Last day to order prints in time for Father's Day in Ireland on www.ciaraioch.com/artprints Get your dad something he'll look at with mild confusion, say "oh, that's nice" and place in the back of a press somewhere, never to be seen again.

Name the new National Children’s hospital after the great Dr Kathleen Lynn - a bill to be introduced to the Dáil. I would sincerely hope this would have cross party, even unanimous, support. She more than deserves this honour #speirgorm www.con-telegraph.ie/2025/04/21/b... to

A few years ago I made a series of mini drawings of interesting Irish women (available as a print here www.ciaraioch.com/artprints/p/...) - this thread is a little information on the women featured, partly because it's useful, but mostly because I'm trying to be sustainable by recycling content.

Great trip to the @nlireland.bsky.social for some research 📖 and catching up with classmates too
In November, some of the MA History of Family students went on a field trip to Dublin. They visited the National Library of Ireland to consult some manuscripts and then they toured 14 Henrietta Street. Pictured are some of those who attended with Dr @leannecalvert.bsky.social the Course Director.
