it's possible to just find people obnoxious and not Do Politics about it. but if you're going to insist that political teams are evaluated by the behavior of their most aggressive members then you could at least be minimally honest about what your team is like

I don't like my partner's last name because of the amount of syllables and mine sounds better, but I'm seriously considering taking it because a) his family is amazing and b) it's less likely to be seen as my first name
