There are conflicting reports about whether Drake’s filing in Texas is an actual defamation lawsuit or another petition for pre-filing discovery like in NY. That’s a pretty important distinction and ambiguity would be avoided if you would ATTACH THE FUCKING DOCUMENT or even SAY WHICH COURT IT’S IN
