Just found my spreadsheet from three summers ago when I lifted for about a month, got Covid, and quit for 6 months. After two years of consistent lifting I’m currently bench pressing more than I was squatting then.

I continue to see this wave of people trying to bring back the R word. I have extensive thoughts on the subject, but let me just simply say:
