We changed our supervised study system a few years ago (after a visit from @tomboulter.bsky.social). It changed our Work ethic immediately had has had a huge impact.
Silent study zone. In rows. Supervised by librarian. Work from every subject available in there. So obvious in hindsight.

Mine would be the time I tried to join in with basketball on break duty and ended up on my backside (without touching the ball), ending up with a fractured elbow. Tried to ignore the pain and taught for 2 hours afterwards until the caretaker insisted he was taking me to A&E.

I'm moving to a behaviour, attendance and culture role from September. New school. New role. New platform.
