VAR seems fine if you watch most of your football on TV, but watching it in person is more visceral and so you really feel the impact of it inserting itself in the middle of what should be an instant joyous reaction to a goal.

I struggle to listen to fiction, (maybe because when reading fiction I find myself more often flicking to previous pages), but almost all my non-fiction is in audiobook form these days.

This is my whole issue with the way many AI tools are currently marketed - draft an email from a prompt, which is then summarised at the other end by the receivers AI and replied to with another prompt. Why bother, why couldn't they both just be succinct and basically sent the prompt?
