If hot flashes are really bad, you could look at getting a prescription for Effexor for the off-label use at a low dose. Which works for some people. But if it doesn’t work for you, get the prescription for Veozah, which actually really works. (Insurance usually makes you fail Effexor first.)

Trying prescription shampoo (2% ketoconazole - you can get the 1% OTC, it’s called Nizoral). Adding oral minoxidil. Topical at 5% (the men’s formulation 🙄) works but is super toxic for pets. My oncologist says topical estrogen works too but I’m not there yet.

How did you get it to come back?
It makes me wonder who I am as a person. I’m not necessarily this super sharp being anymore, or at least for now. It’s incredibly destabilizing.
