Mr. Reich, Will you help w/this suggestion for Senate Dems: Can you ask them if they can FIRST take out all the Regime Change items from the HouseR bill. Its more than a budget bill.Then,& only then, turn to the budget items, preserve Am'shealth, etc. YOU CANNOT CHANGE THE US GOVT IN A BUDGET BILL.
