I’m reminded of my time at RadioShack, when corporate was unhappy with sales, particularly of cell phones. Their solution was to require every salesperson to transition every conversation with a customer to phones. I pissed off so many old guys looking through the parts drawer for capacitors.

Imo because my zip code sometimes comes up as “Minneapolis” even though it’s technically in SLP, I should have dual citizenship and get to vote in both local elections.
