Let's stop acting surprised about Hegseth's Signal dependency? He's not going to apologize because he's not going to stop, he can't. His brain is fried from years of alcohol abuse and he's not up to the job, he's got to keep his wife/brother-- his brain trust-- in loop to keep his head above water.
