Supposedly that's the job of Ealing Council to do parking enforcement. But they prefer to send the traffic wardens to quiet side roads instead.

It is Paul. There are 2 time plates that govern this stretch of road including the bus lane. One has been vandalised and hasn't been replaced for 6 months now, and the bus lane one has been stolen
