Cars parked on the pavement and the cycle lane is full of cars. Not just a one off mind, every single day it's like this. Is this Ealing Council's idea of encouraging people to cycle in the borough? I think most people would be "discouraged".

Good news. Thanks to my good self, highlighting the missing bike wands from this stretch of Acton High Street resulting in the cycle lane being used as a car park, Ealing Council have replaced them!
