I began reading monthly comics with Furman’s US Transformers run, and Transformers #67 definitely introduced me to the Days of Future Past trope.

I’m not gonna judge.
(Although I’m thinking about thinning these further.)

I was filing some very old vinyl records yesterday and was amused by the pronouncement on the back of a mono record: “…playable on monophonic and stereo phonographs. It cannot become obsolete.”

Forward compatibility anxiety was not an invention of the digital age. :-)

Finished a great Friday off by learning Finspan using the solitaire rules.

Sir Kenneth seems doubtful about Thursdays as a concept.

It was a good haul from #TazRecords. Also got @kaymayf.bsky.social an 80s top 500 list from Atlantic News while I was in the neighbourhood. She will enjoy arguing with the rankings :-)

My third #RecordStoreDay. This time, I brought a lawn chair and my Switch. :-)
