This sickens me. My friend’s girlfriend experienced total nonsense with immigration coming from Costa Rica.
I’m livid. My gf just encountered hostility at immigration. We’re long distance, we see each other once every 2+ months for 1-2 wks at a time. She has a valid travel visa. This agent told her she’s staying in the U.S. longer than she was in her home country, which is mathematically impossible.

I have broken my to-do list down into EIGHT post it notes with 3-4 tasks per note. Okay so 24-32 items must be completed in the next hour and a half before my kids need to be picked up, got it. Cool thanks.

Get a sketchbook. Something small so it’s not hard to fill a page. Choose your drawing weapon of choice and just go at it. One page, two a day, whatever feels ok. Whatever you start, you finish, no matter how rough it might be. Push thru it. Keep going til the pages are full. Get another sketchbook.
