Elementary schools used the most variables of any land use I looked at for the Washington too! School buses, auditorium size, # of classrooms, teachers, staff, offices, etc.

It’s true though 🤷♀️ Anyone working in zoning knows changes today are going to take many years to have widescale impacts.
Even in Portland’s pre-school for all initiative it will take a decade for the program to be fully running.
