But this have been in the fridge for around 65 hours

Can't cut it til tomorrow though, but because of placement in fridge, it feels much better (last one was good too)

Thanks! It was a sticky mess after trying with mixer. I ended up doing my normal stretch and folds. Would be good to get some tips with the mixer. I can feel it in my back today that I pushed it.

I baked bacon in the oven the other day for the first time. Clearly the superior method.

Jokes on her. I got up at 5 am to bake a bread for company breakfast, started my levain just before i left

Come home to this and start my dough
