It obviously depends on your usage patterns, but it's only been a handful of days this winter when prices have been this high. For the majority of the time Agile has been well below SVT price cap

If you look at the past 24h generation mix you'll see the wind started peaking at the same time as the evening demand peak and gas started to ramp down.
There was a huge amount of power generated by wind, but also a very high demand. They balanced perfectly. You need an imbalance for plunge prices

If you can avoid doing energy intensive stuff like using the oven, the washer or dishwasher and ideally not put the kettle on during 16:00-19:00 every day, then Agile will be significantly cheaper than any other tariff anywhere.
For me it is so much cheaper: 11p/kWh compared to 25p average tariff
