gnocchi, sausage and peas. Store bought gnocchi, pan fry to brown, take out of pan put in sausage crumbles with some olive oil, brown , add peas, little more olive oil and a tablespoon Dijon, mix and warm up, sprinkle with fresh grated Parmesan, easy peas-y!

I remember a time when bald eagles were going extinct. Their eggs were too fragile. Here in thumb area of Michigan a tree filled with adults and juveniles. They are thriving once more. We cannot let this happen again. There must be oversight to protect our amazing planet and its life.
