So stop trying to sanitize and to take a clinical approach to very emotional and spiritual issues that so many face in this rich country of ours. Don’t shy away from the harsh reality that faces so many - homelessness and a deep hunger.

And food insecurity can be solved in many ways - but hunger evokes the need for satiety, for not only filling the belly but the spirit as well.

And we all know that a house is not a home - and a home is what we all need. Not just shelter but a place to put down roots, to become part of a community - to belong.
