I agree with your statement. We have to be careful with what and how we say certain things to our patients. A part of medicine is to build a relationship with the patient so they can trust you. Saying something that is misunderstood can cause that trust to break. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

I think poverty plays a big role in health and whole/orgranic food is not always accessible, therefore, people have to find alternatives and cheap foods is usually the best options. Of course, most affordable foods do not contain the nutrition that we need. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

Hi, I totally agree with you. I do the same thing mainly because it is cheaper and convenient for our busy schedules as college students. One way to help change this habit is by meal preparing at the beginning of the week. Hope this helps! #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

I think this is great information that many people may not know of. I used to take more gummy vitamins than I should per day because of how good it is, but of course too much of something does not necessarily mean it is good for you. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

I have tried this diet before and I think you will get the full benefit if you do this short-term, but of course, it will be dangerous and can cause major issues to the body if it is done for a long period of time. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social
