This is a humorous representation of doublespeak - the malign rhetorical craft characterized by saying one thing but meaning another & that’s helped unacceptable social & political concepts become mainstream. Doublespeak’s imagery is cute but its skin shows its diseased nature.

Learning lapidary and gem cutting. These are two lab grown stones: a green YAG (Yttrium Aluminum Garnet, used in far infrared lasers) and yellow GAGG (Gadolimium Aluminum Gallium Garnet, used as a scintillator). They’re cut in Jeff Graham’s iconic Opposed Bar design. Gotta love geometric glimmer.
