As all the evils in the world were released, Hope remained in the box and burned bright. Hope has never failed me, yet! It’s the avarice, pain and sorrow that make me fear.

Looks like the House of Rep.’s is going to be very interesting this year. Speaker Mike Johnson is not going to yield the power he thought he’d have. This may be a nail biter for each bill being voted upon. Can’t wait.

Dan Rather’s beautiful wife Jean passed away Nov. 26th, 2024. She was surrounded by family. Her cause of death was cancer.
This year has been a difficult year with loss. Seem’s every week I’m seeing family, friends and people who have been a part of my journey. I pray 2025 is filled with birth.

Jean Rather, surrounded by loving family and friends and her beautiful artwork, died in Austin, Texas, on November 26, 2024. Her cause of death was cancer. She was 89.

Thank God, it wasn’t me who found a gray pubic hair in my coffee at Starbuck’s! The “how it got there” and “farewell to my youth” just overwhelmed me!
I found my first gray pubic hair today. Things like this don't normally bother me but this was in my coffee at Starbucks.

Trump declaring a National Emergency to use Military Assets to enforce his mass deportation is hitting the rumor circuit. Can he declare an emergency and strike mass chaos on the streets w/our military? I guess that’s why he needs Hegseth at the helm.

At 4:03 AM Trump posts that he is prepared to use the military to round up migrants in a mass deportation effort after Mike Johnson, Tony Gonzales & other Republicans spent the weekend saying this was not the case.
