Two years ago, I was staring down the barrel of even 30 more years of life, and it felt so horribly long and grueling. Today I fantasize about having 60 more long years in this world.

Valentine's dinner 🥰
A plate of food. There's a teres major steak with herbed butter, some sauteed shiitake mushrooms, and a baked potato with sour cream, cheese, and bacon. The camera tilted up a bit so you can still see the food at the bottom but also a wine glass of sparkling juice and my girlfriend at the seat across from mine.
