#MGMT0180 - curious if some RMs have bylaw officers who work outside of the regular office hours? Is there any value of a noise bylaw if the enforcement cannot be achieved because 11:00pm is outside of the bylaw officer’s “working hours”?

Does a CAO have too much work responsibility? The Municipal Act outlines the responsibilities and administrative duties, however we know there is much, much more. Could this be one of the reasons for high CAO turnover?

Any thoughts on the Plan 2050 (WMR 2050)? Municipalities can formally withdraw and some already have.
