Always working to empower math educators and to build equitable math spaces where all students see their value in mathematics learning.
I’m so excited it’s here! Seeing Pam Harris a couple of times recently speaking on some of the content of this book really has me excited for the potential this book holds to influence my work with teachers!

It was a great day!! I got to see a dream I have had come to fruition. We worked with 40+ SW Ohio educators to deeply study the Foundations of Early Numeracy. I can’t wait to see where this work continues to grow to in the future. Special thanks to Deborah Peart and her messages we could share!

I got to work w a district math ldshp team this week. We always start our time by doing a math task and positioning ourselves in the space Ss occupy everyday in our class. This time we used Cube nets vs cube nots from @playwyourmath.bsky.social it was accessible to all & lead to great discussions!

Once again grabbing so many nuggets from one of my greatest math Ed colleagues @gfletchy.bsky.social during the @buildmathminds.bsky.social Virtual Math Summit. I can’t believe I got to spend time with Graham again for free through this conference!

When working with a group of teachers if I want to have a deep conversation about math content, I LOVE to use a standard progression sort. The way they dive into the language deeply and pull out all the aspects of the standard language is amazing!
