A brilliant take down of the reckless tech-bro optimism of Cardiff University management plans.

Indeed, *no* university should be run like that!

This is harrowing.

Thank goodness for these observant bystanders!

Do you know the universal sign for help? I didn’t.

As more young men fall victim to the Tates & misogynists of the world, we all need to be more aware!

Solidarity from @cardiffucu.bsky.social.
There’s a state of emergency in UK HE.
If bosses won’t rule out compulsory redundancies @ucu.org.uk branches should ballot, & maintain rolling strike mandates ready to fight the chaos they bring to our lives & our sector.
There’s always an alternative
💗✊
Latest word from the VC is "September we'll be consulting again on what the next changes might be in the academic year 2526"

When will colleagues stop paying the price of management's financial decisions?

Think about going to the Green Gathering festival in Chepstow.
It’s an awesome, off-grid, old-school festival with excellent vibes, great political spaces, amazing participatory crafts workshops, & loads of hippy healing woo (optional).

I quickly went through nervousness to excitement at the challenge of a meaty interview about a marking boycott on Drive with some ex-public school boy.
Then they cancelled.
