There are many reasons to be thankful: a climate bill that has passed in Massachusetts, an ongoing inquiry into energy affordability, and the Affordable Homes Act. However, my greatest reason for gratitude is you—my friend and collaborator. Happy Thanksgiving!

Also this interesting paper shows that more intense prior-year hurricanes correspond to increases in median rents via declines in housing availability. So declines in housing with all of these climate disasters are also making affordable housing tougher. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37793779/
