Il y a un protocole assez stricte. Les victimes sont les premières entendues, il doit y avoir des traces écrites régulières dans l’établissement relatant la situation. Et oui, les parents sont prévenus. Si vous n’avez pas confiance ds l’équipe éducative (vous avez le droit !), contactez le rectorat.
