After years of planning, I finally put up a free little library - first in my neighborhood. The Friends of the Library have been giving me leftover books from their sales, and I’m right on one of the feeder streets to the park.

I haven’t stopped thinking about the skirt that @dieworkwear.bsky.social posted a few weeks ago, from the tailor in South Korea who hand sews everything. Does anyone know if there are sewing lessons online for something like this?

If eating the marshmallow by itself I prefer the toasted homemade. However, homemade was less satisfying in the s’more. Somehow it was too sweet, and while it made it to the graham cracker intact, it then dripped onto the plate.

It is disgustingly humid for weeding. I went outside to see if I had ragweed and discovered a bumper crop. It’s not too bad if you’re out for a minute or two with the wind. But now I’m dirty, might as well keep going

I forget what this ikea chair is called, but it was very popular in the early pandemic. I found 2 used for a good price. I always sit bisexuality, but a pillow or 2 helps.

This was probably my biggest accomplishment of 2023 - I got this guy for free when a community center replaced their playground equipment. There’s a giant hippo too but I haven’t figured out where to put it yet.
