The whole thing of "Stonewall law" and Stonewall "misinterpreting" the EA really is all projection because more than half the stuff they think is part of their protected beliefs really, really isn't protected

She talks about Maya's judgement "setting a legal precedent that “gender-critical beliefs” were protected in law" as justification for misgendering trans women, when the judgment specifically said it was NOT ok to misgender with impunity 🤦‍♀️

It's kind of telling that although the three presenters have accounts here on Bluesky, only the one who isn't a raging transphobe ever posts

Don't agree, people who read the Times and the Torygraph expect right wing views from right wing commentators. The insidiousness of nominally left wing commentators pushing an extreme right wing view of trans people has led to much more societal tolerance of transphobia

They put him on shows and never bothered to challenge him or his nonsense. There is a clip online of him getting grilled on RTE and he's really not used to it

She doesn't oppose trans rights because she thinks trans people can't exist? Is that her defence? "she believes that a person cannot change sex and that that position was "not anti-trans rights""

I mean, look. What paved the way for the way for the rise of the fascist right? I’m afraid it was professional Sensible Moderates screaming in idiot terror at the public about the thousand nations of transgender Bolshevik student totalitarians marching upon the Shire, to deprave their Hobbit-holes.

Yup, for some reason the case not going forward didn't get nearly at much publicity
You may have missed it, because surprisingly it's not on the front page, but the ambulance chasing solicitors have admitted that, nope, there aren't 1000s suing over puberty blockers. Is it because they're all happy? Nope, it can't be, it must be cancel culture

And when none of the supposed 1000 families materialised the ambulance chasing firm of solicitors claimed that had all been intimidated and were too afraid to come forward

Even thought the EHRC have withdrawn their interim guidance and the UK government haven't approved new guidance and the Equality Act doesn't apply in Northern Ireland, Givan ordered schools to discriminate and gave permission to misgender trans pupils and has not withdrawn his edict
