In 1985 my drill sergeant trained me that I have a duty to refuse to obey unlawful orders, such as an order to use deadly force against unarmed civilians. That is still a requirement today. “I was just following orders” is not a defense to murder. Think Nuremberg.

🚨 Think “refusal” to take a breath test = automatic guilt? Think again.

We just won a DWI case where our 70-year-old client tried 4 times to blow. The machine rejected every sample, then labeled him as "refusing." 🤯

The state crime lab rounded up a urine alcohol test from 0.07 to 0.08—just enough to put a good man’s career and reputation on the line. This is why defense lawyers matter.

Minnesota DWI Breath Test Machines: You Can’t Make This Up

If you think every breath test result is automatically reliable…think again.

* Several wires were found to be plugged into incorrect sockets
* Filter solenoid was plugged into modem, comms power was plugged into filter.
* cables reversed.
