It's Trilobite Tuesday! Pictured is a 3.5-in- (8.9-cm-) long Albertella longwelli. This Middle Cambrian species is one of the most notable of all Nevada trilobites! Recent advances in preparation techniques have made complete specimens of these generally thin-shelled arthropods more common.
