it feels like every time I genuinely do try to do something for myself some dumb shit always comes in and fucks it up. Doesn't help that this stupid fucking country sucks ass at getting access to mental healthcare and I'm lucky to have insurance from work but it's still pretty meh! Fuck my life dude

If they try charging me a missed appointment fee I will be so fucking angry and I'm not gonna pay them a cent. Plus I found out I was gonna have to pay $80 per session which isn't great but I'd be willing to swallow that pill if it meant I was getting the help I need but of course this shit happens!

it is literally physically impossible for me to complete all of these services in only 3 days and this was already my busiest week before, wtf is their problem. Right when I thought work was calming down they decide to try pulling this shit on me, unfucking believable
