I started my Xenoblade adventures with the original Wii edition of the game, though I've been a fan of the "Xeno" games as a larger while going back to the late 90s with 'Gears.

Horrible customer service aside, we did call corporate; Best Buy's corporate staff member even confirmed that the email had been sent stating that we would receive the pre-order bonus 4/?

Today we went to pick up our copy and there was no poster. The staff claimed it "wasn't attached" to our order, and when we asked if they could fix it, they said there was nothing they could do and told us to "leave the store and call corporate." 3/?

We clarified with the clerk that we were pre-ordering the version with the metal poster, he confirmed that yes we'd be getting that bonus.
