I have never met a movie so desperate to give me EXACTLY what it thinks I want without ever surprising me or making me feel any anxiety, and correspondingly I have rarely held a movie in such contempt.

I'm about as white as a person can be and I have several aunts and uncles who I am not related to, but they're close and dear family friends. Trying to gin this into some kind of scandal is honestly completely baffling to me.
