Feeling lucky I got to see the Pavia Tapestries on their last weekend in San Francisco. Marvels of craft, Holy Roman propaganda, and explicit, violent medieval warfare circa 1530. Rather mind blowing for a 500 year old wall hanging. They’re off to MFA Houston next.

A few days ago my #filmschool students got back from a 10-day trip to LA I set up, introducing them to career opps—w below the line and studio pros, writers, the museums, and much more. I didn’t get to go with them but my #SOU colleagues stepped up amazingly. The first of many like this I hope.
