While I’m thinking about it rabbi, should we have a meeting about this? I’m not really worried as I may never be able to make Aliyah unless I has to escape as a refugee.

Very telling how too many orthodox say we don’t follow the Halachah but are guilty of the very accusations they make…

I’m seeing another therapist & recently had a small medication adjustment. Life got so much better. When gets crappy again it will improve after that also!

Honestly I’m not surprised. I have severe trauma & struggle with mental health. There are good reason why I no longer own a .22 nor a .17 firearm.

I travel as long ten as I’m able to because the in person is more meaningful. When that’s not possible Zoom & other tech options it is.
