My financial guy told me they expect the recession in 18 months. I'm no financial guru, but I told him it will happen in 6. With the last GDP number, we're halfway there. 🤦

I used to work for the WELS (WI Ev. Lutheran Synod) at WLCFS (WI Lutheran Child and Family Services) in an HR capacity in WI. They opted out. It just meant rather than paying the tax, we had to pay each claim as it arose. This was in the late 90s to early 2000s. This is not new.
