There are a few very exciting milestones in bringing an anthology to life: when the submissions start rolling in, when you get to to tell the contributors their work has been accepted, etc. But the one that makes it feel really really real? Cover reveal day 💙 @caitlinpress.bsky.social

My friend and co-editor Oga Nwobosi and I have been quietly working away on this over the last year: 26 essays from writers across Canada on their experiences in perinatal mental health/PPD-A. Arriving this autumn and pre-orders now open.

I guess if I'm hanging out here, I have to share the important stuff, like the bestest ever cats. Ginger is George, white is Charlie, black is Tally, and grey is Chunk. All rescues. Tally and Charlie, we went looking for them at local shelters. George and Chunk just kind of arrived on our doorstep ❤️

If you haven't yet checked out North of North, run to cbc on demand or gem, and start now. It's only four episodes in and it's fabulous ... it really hits its stride in episode 3. I've laughed and cried in every episode. It's beautiful and funny, sometimes sad and Siaja is a character to cheer for
