Hi Georgios! I think this is a great way to use our knowledge about nutrition to help patients decide what diet best fits for them and their goals. Knowing the differences between these diets is important when embarking on a new diet! #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

Hi Lola! This is very helpful as Vitamin C is very important in boosting one's immune system and it also acts as an antioxidant. Great find!

I agree that there is no need to make drastic changes in your diet to lose weight. It is important to have foods that you love-in moderation. It's the little steps and showing up for yourself that matter the most. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

People would think that fat shaming would make a difference in losing weight, when it does quite the opposite. It can also bring on more stress to the body, leading to more cortisol and weight gain. Great post! @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I'm the same way! It's hard to choose something different from what we love and are used to. I've been trying to slowly incorporate healthier snacks in my pantry so that I have no choice but to eat them. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Hi Dhyani! I've also been looking into using greens powders. I wonder if it'll give the same benefits as eating fresh veggies, or if it is less since it is in powder form. It does seem to be a great alternative to those who are constantly on a time crunch. Great post! @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

This sounds like a very doable fad diet with balance of the important macronutrients that are needed. It allows for a balanced diet without having to restrict oneself. Great post! #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

Hi Monica! I also opt for plain nonfat yogurt instead of the sugary ones. These are great swaps to make to cut down on sugar and add protein to your diet! Great post! #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

Hi Matthew! I totally see how your recall wouldn't be representative of your true eating habits. I believe when you're putting more thought into food and what is being consumed, it subconsciously makes you eat intuitively. Great post! @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
