Ukraine struck the 500 kV “Veshkayma” substation in Russia’s Ulyanovsk region overnight. Local authorities confirmed the attack, and NASA FIRMS heat maps show elevated thermal activity at the site. The substation had only recently been partially restored, now it’s hit again.
