2.5 to 2.5 foot long Italian sub served on a French roll with salami, capicola, pepperoni, provolone cheese, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, all drizzled with an olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing. Served with a side of grits, packed into a shine box and wheeled out to you on a dolly.
