Oh yeah. The customer charges are brutal.

Even switching our HWT to electric makes those summer enbridge bills unbearable.

Switch whatever you can as soon as you can. The rest will fall into place as you realize just how much you pay to be connected to the gas grid.

Increasingly most people don’t absolutely need a panel upgrade and can make do with load sharing devices. We’ve helped a lot of folks electrify on 100amp panels. Some jurisdictions where 65amps are common are a bit trickier.

What electric fireplace did you land on? A lot of people will keep their gas primarily for the ambiance of their gas fireplace. We need more people showing off how good the alternatives are becoming.
